Performance Statement

Southwest Investigative Solutions and its Private Investigators are committed to

the following Performance Statement:

  • We will determine our client’s specific needs, ensure there is an overall awareness of foreseeable liabilities, and we will identify clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
  • We will adapt our investigative direction to the specific needs of our clients, based on their clear input, in order to bring assignments to a successful and satisfactory conclusion.
  • We will remain accessible to our legal clients and promote open and effective communication with our clients.
  • We will ensure that investigators with previous training in particular expertise are assigned to a case file requiring relevant awareness.

  • We will use all the resources at our disposal, our experience, and creativity, to be your partner in the development of effective resolutions.
  • We will provide research reports in a timely fashion and keep our clients apprised of significant developments as they occur, treat the client’s time as valuable and will keep deadlines and appointments as agreed upon.
  • We will promote the ongoing use of technology, in order to improve our investigative efficiencies and to keep overall investigative costs to a minimum.

Reporting Procedures

Southwest Investigative Solutions is capable of providing timely, instructive and easily comprehensible reports through several mediums, all based on our client’s needs and requirements. This can include any combination of the following:


  • Verbal, via personal consultation or electronically
  • Written, via CD or hard copy
  • Video supplied digitally on CD, DVD, or VHS
  • Photographs supplied in hard copy and digitally on CD

Privacy Policy

Southwest Investigative Solutions practices the highest standard of care with the personal and corporate information of our clients. We only gather information directly related to the inquiries we undertake, and our investigators are trained, and legislatively bound, to collect, maintain, disclose and dispose of personal information in accordance with the following legislation:


  • Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act of Ontario (FIPPA)
  • Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA)
  • Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act of Canada (PIPEP)
  • Private Security and Investigative Services Act of Ontario and its Regulations (PSISA)
  • In addition to guidelines established by the Information and Privacy Commissioner for Ontario (IPC)
