Southwest Investigative Solutions is a fully accredited and insured private investigation agency and consultation service, licensed by the Province of Ontario.   We are based in the Windsor and Essex County area but provide our services throughout Southwestern Ontario. 

Southwest Investigative Solutions team of private investigators include former police investigators from across Southwestern Ontario.

Southwest Investigative Solutions practices the highest standard of care with the personal and corporate information of our clients.   We only gather information directly related to the inquiries we undertake and our investigators are trained, and legislatively bound, to collect, maintain, disclose and dispose personal information in accordance with the following legislation: 

• Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act of Ontario (FIPPA) 
• Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) 
• Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act of Canada (PIPEP) 
• Private Security and Investigative Services Act of Ontario and its Regulations (PSISA) 
• In addition to guidelines established by the Information and Privacy Commissioner for Ontario (IPC)
